We are a coaching and consulting group dedicated to building better businesses through strategic and tactical coaching and consulting services, delivered one-on-one and in small or large groups, in virtual settings. We also offer online supplemental learning through educational courses on our website.
Payment for all services is collected in US Dollars (USD).
Services are delivered as virtual coaching and consulting sessions at agreed dates and times. Project work is delivered as outlined in the applicable statement of work. Online course access is provided through our website following enrollment.
Services already delivered are non-refundable. If you cancel an ongoing engagement, you will not be charged for sessions or periods after the cancellation takes effect.
Engagements may be cancelled at any time. To cancel, email hello@balanceapproach.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
We do share information with the service providers we use to run our business — for example email, customer relationship management, website hosting, and payment processing — strictly so that they can provide those services to us.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers who maintain PCI DSS compliance. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
