Drawing from a successful career spanning more than 25 years in financial services, Allison Swantkowski possesses a wealth of experience and a track record of driving results across every level of the business — from advisor to sales leader to practice owner.

Allison began her career with American Express Financial Advisors in 1999, spending close to a decade in the advisor chair before transitioning into leadership. As an advisor and sales manager in Austin, Texas, she led one of the top nationally ranked advisor teams for production for a large employee platform. In 2007, she left to help grow a new financial planning department for one of the largest insurance networks in the country.

Allison’s expertise extends beyond leadership into hands-on practice ownership. In 2010, she moved into personal production with Cambridge, where she and her partner grew the practice to manage over $700 million in assets. In 2015, she transitioned out of personal production to return to her first love — leadership and the development of advisor businesses — rejoining Ameriprise as a Regional Sales Director, a role she held until 2020, when she stepped away to focus on raising her family.

Allison is known for her strategic vision, operational discipline, and deep understanding of what it takes to build and scale a successful advisor practice. Having sat in nearly every seat in the business, she brings a rare, well-rounded perspective that enables advisors and leaders to see decisions from multiple angles and make informed choices with confidence.

A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance, Allison is married with four children ranging in age from 6 to 25. A former elite athlete, she is a one-time World Champion and one-time Silver Medalist — a competitive drive that continues to shape how she approaches business today.
