What to Expect

Your Results

The purpose of a Time Study is to provide valuable insight into who does what within a team. It will help identify if each person's daily tasks are in alignment with their job title, or if anyone has experienced a shift in responsibilities and their title is no longer reflective of day-to-day tasks being completed.  
You'll spend 10-business days documenting the tasks or areas of the business you spent the majority of your time working on, at a high level, in 30-minute increments. It sounds like a lot - but we pre-fill drop-down menus and keep it easy for you, we promise! 
Your results will be evaluated by our team and delivered within 10-business days. We will present this information to your leadership team for further evaluation.
